5. Harold Das (from Leo)

He is the relentless enforcer tasked with getting his gang’s confiscated drugs back, and he’s willing to kill an entire building of police officers to do it.
Why he’s on the list: While he might be outmatched by the others on this list, Anbu is the catalyst. His actions set the entire universe in motion. He is a believable, street-level threat whose desperation makes him dangerous.
Defining Moment: The relentless siege he lays on the commissioner’s office, showing he will stop at nothing to achieve his goal.
2. Sandhanam (from Vikram)
Sandhanam is the main villain of Vikram and the street-level kingpin of the Vetti Vagaiyara drug syndicate. Vijay Sethupathi delivers a masterful performance, creating a villain who is both terrifying and strangely compelling. Sandhanam is a loving family man one moment and a brutal drug lord the next, making him dangerously unpredictable.

1. Rolex (from Vikram)
Was there ever any doubt? With less than 10 minutes of screen time, Suriya’s Rolex burned himself into the memory of every single viewer. He is the ghost from Kaithi, the “big boss” that even powerful men like Sandhanam report to. His reveal at the end of Vikram is one of the greatest character introductions in Indian cinema history.

The powerful drug lord from Kaithi whose capture starts the whole story. While he is a hugely important figure, he has had zero screen time so far, which keeps him off the main list… for now.
