Karuppu OTT Release Date: Suriya’s much-awaited action drama Karuppu finally hit theatres on May 15, 2026, after facing several last-minute release hurdles and financial issues. Interestingly, the film was initially scheduled to release on May 14, but unexpected production and distribution problems delayed the premiere by a day, resulting in cancelled early morning shows across Tamil Nadu. Despite the release-day chaos, the RJ Balaji directorial opened to massive fan celebrations and strong word of mouth.

The streaming platform details were reportedly displayed in the film’s opening credits as well.
